Description Duties of the Executive Assistant: To support the MD and board Manage executive schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments. Coordinate travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence. Facilitate internal communication and handle confidential documents. Organise and maintain the office filing system. Manage expense reports and budgets. Conduct research and prepare briefings. Attend meetings and take detailed notes. Profile The successful Executive Assistant: Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software. A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently. Ability to manage processes as well as develop and implement new systems Work independently with minimal supervision making operations decisions for the company Background working as an experience Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant Job Offer The salary on offer is £40-50k depending on experience Hybrid working
