RotheramCarrington Financial Recruitment is recruiting for a Part-Qualified Management Accountant job based Nr Crewe, offering hybrid working. This is a well-established SME Company who have grown their turnover to c£50m over the past 3 years, and continue to grow. This is a great business with a lovely culture. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the following duties:
* Full production of monthly management accounts, including reporting packs cash allocations, reconciliations, journals (e.g. prepayments, accruals, payroll), fixed asset accounting, to P&L and commentary
* Extracting and analysing data to identify trends, challenge costs and processes, target areas for improvement
* Ensure that all other internal and external financial reporting requirements are met accurately and in a timely manner
* Supporting the commercial team in tendering activities relating to finance
* Support/cover for other roles within the Finance Team where required (e.g. Payroll, Purchase Ledger, Credit Control)
* Preparation of statutory accounts and facilitating external financial audit as part of this process
* Ensuring all external reporting requirements are met with the likes of HMRC, Companies House, Valuation Office etc
* Ad hoc duties as required by the Finance Manager and Director of FP&A
