The Role:
* Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
* Provide expert legal guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
* Conduct due diligence, title searches, and property investigations.
* Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
* Collaborate with clients, estate agents, mortgage advisors, and other stakeholders.
* Utilise modern technology and conveyancing software to optimise efficiency.
Requirements:
* Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
* Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes.
* Proficient in using conveyancing software and other modern technologies.
* Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently and remotely.
