They have been in business for over 45 years with a turnover of £6.5M and are entering an exciting new phase of growth. They currently sell all across the world and are known for high quality on time products that sees a high level of returning customers. To help support this new phase our client is seeking an Internal Sales Manager. Candidates must have a strong sales background in the construction industry having managed a small sales team before. The new leadership team are keen to provide full support to the right candidate that can hit the ground running and embrace the opportunity to support and further develop a sales team. The new guard are entrepreneurial and keen to investigate new avenues of sales and product development to support the teams offering. With a drive to deliver a friendly, energetic, professional culture this role requires a candidate with experience of managing a team of internal sales executives, managing processes and systems around developing business and a large database of live and dormant contacts.
