* ? Lead and manage the home in line with Ofsted regulations and the Statement of Purpose

* ? Deliver clinically informed, person-centred care tailored to each young persons needs

* ? Oversee daily operations, care planning, risk assessments, and case reviews

* ? Recruit, train, and support a skilled care team, promoting continuous development

* ? Ensure safeguarding, compliance, and ethical standards are upheld at all times

* ? Foster strong partnerships with social workers, regulators, and local authorities

* ? Manage budgets, resources, and maintain a safe, nurturing home environment
