A leading property management company based in the North West is seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to provide key administrative support to the executive team and ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks within the company.
The Executive Assistant's key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Managing rent and utility payments, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping.
* Overseeing diary and email management for the executive team, scheduling appointments and prioritising communications.
* Act as the first point of contact for telephone enquiries, providing professional and efficient customer service.
* Supporting acquisition pipeline, preparing tender documents and presentations as required.
* Handling general administrative duties, including filing, correspondence, and office organisation.
As the Executive Assistant you will have the following skills and attributes:
* Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, ideally within property management.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and property management software (preferred).
* A proactive attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
