Role Purpose
We have an exciting opportunity for 2 highly motivated Customer Advisors to join our Customer Advice and Support Service based at the Hawick Contact Centre. The posts are full time, post 1 is temporary up to 31/03/. (although I cannot guarantee, there is a chance this will be extended). Post 2 is temporary up to 04/10/.
You will provide advice and support to customers via telephone, email, live chat and face to face on a wide range of council services while delivering exceptional customer service. This role will suit you if you are a people person and a fast learner with excellent IT and customer service skills.
Essential
• At least 5 SCE Standard Grades at level 3 or above (or equivalent) including English.
• Commitment and ability to achieve an appropriate level of Customer Service qualification or SVQ level 2.
