This is a new role to grow our royalty renewal business. The way companies use movies and content has changed over the last decade, which is reflected in the royalties we collect from new customers. This is the first time we are reviewing our existing customers' royalties to ensure they reflect the value our rights holders' content provides.
Head of Renewal Growth
This role involves:
1. Maximizing royalties collected for our license holders on renewals, aiming to increase the UK and USA royalty renewal book by at least 10% in the first year.
2. Balancing growth with brand protection and maintaining a customer-focused approach.
This is a growth-focused role, informed by data and insights. We have allocated a budget for two data analysts who could support your team if needed.
We are looking for:
* Growth of the renewals portfolio in the UK and US, based on KPIs set upon joining.
* Decisive action to optimize renewal pricing, with hundreds of invoices sent weekly, from day one.
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders and managing communications regarding license fees to customers, internal teams, and management.
* Using data to communicate and demonstrate progress on behalf of our rights holders.
What we are not looking for:
* Someone who creates spreadsheets or reports but does not take action.
* Someone who provides recommendations but relies on others to make decisions—making decisions is central to this role.
* Someone overly conservative; your role is to maximize renewal growth while respecting customer relationships and contracts.

Fully remote, with occasional travel to our office in Eastbourne.
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000
