Description Job Title: TTP GPI Delivery manager Location: Chubb Crawley office Department: Treasury IT Job Summary: The GPI Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The role involves overseeing the implementation, maintenance and enhancement of GPI and ETL systems to ensure they effectively support Treasury and Finance operations. The Delivery Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver TTP projects, to align the system with strategic technology solutions, ensure systems compliance with Chubb IT strategy and policies. The solution is deployed globally, and this role will require strong capability in collaboration and working across all levels of the organisation, including business and IT stakeholders located in different locations worldwide. Candidate should be self-motivating, results oriented and able to multitask across different teams and applications. Key Responsibilities: Project planning and project delivery Stakeholder Management and Communication Define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements for GPI and ETL and related systems project delivery. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these metrics. Use project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to manage projects, ensuring adherence to standards and practices. Coordinate resources across multiple projects, balancing team workloads and priorities to ensure optimal productivity. Own and enforce change management processes to ensure that all modifications to the system are reviewed, tested, and documented to minimise disruptions. Act as the primary point of contact between a variety of stakeholders ensuring the system and/or project meets business needs and expectations. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Tailoring messages to the specific needs and interests of each stakeholder to keep them appropriately informed and involved. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on the status, performance, and risk. Keep clear and accurate records of communications, meetings, decisions, and actions taken with stakeholders. Systems management and support Continuous Improvement and compliance Ensure that GPI and ETL systems comply with Chubb architecture and security policies, relevant regulations, data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and organisational policies. Drive adherence to best practices in project management and IT systems delivery, contributing to the development of standard operating procedures. Work closely with IT, Finance, Treasury, and other teams to align technology solutions with organisational goals and regulatory standards. Ensure supportability of the solution by ensuring both technical and procedural documentation is up to date. Plan and deliver timeline systems or underlying infrastructure enhancements and upgrades. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement those without compromising project quality. Investigate opportunities for process improvements and automation within delivery team, driving efficiency and effectiveness. Plan and implement upgrades, enhancements, and new features to ensure the system evolves with technological advances and changing business requirements. Ensures that GPI and ETL systems comply with Chubb architecture and security policies. Encourage collaboration between development and operations teams through DevOps practices. Shared tools, processes, and communication channels allow for smoother transitions and better supportability of new releases. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of application related data; implement processes for regular data validation and reconciliation. Qualifications Required skills & Qualifications - A qualification in Computer Science or related IT field; University degree or relevant certification (e.g., CTP) is a plus. - Relevant experience in financial systems delivery and/or management, preferably within a corporate environment. (e.g., Kyriba, SAP Treasury, Trax, Quantum etc.) - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Knowledge of Scrum/Agile frameworks is required. - Experience leading teams in various geographical location in various operational models – matrixed, on/off shore, outsources is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams. - Experience with DB2, Informatica, SQL, .NET, APIs, Sever/Client architecture is required. - Proven track record of managing risks and controls - Ability to lead teams, manage resources, and make decisions in a complex technical environment
