Job Title: Telesales / Client Development Executive
Location: Telesales: hybrid role - after training, 2 days from home & 3 days at our Milton Keynes site weekly. (free parking)
Contract: Full time permanent position
As a result of business expansion we are investing in a new telesales team in our Product Certification business unit.
Our telesales teams drive sales growth and build strong client relationships. If you are high energy, resilient and target focussed, and want to be on the telephone bringing in new business, we want to hear from you.
The role offers training to add to your current telesales skills, and good career prospects with opportunity for future development.
Successful candidates will have the following skills:
* A minimum of 1 year telesales experience.
* Client focus, resilience, tenacity and a team spirit.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, including excellent English language skills.
* A keen approach to learning and interest in self-development.
* The desire to work for an employer who make a positive contribution to society and the world we live in.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
* Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and a consultative sales approach.
* Account Ownership: Take ownership of assigned accounts and respond to assigned interactions, ensuring consistent follow-up, service excellence, and the potential for long-term business growth.
* Curious and proactive Mindset: With the ability to prospect for new business opportunities, target decision makers and seek out contact details.
* Sales Excellence: Contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture focused on achieving and/or supporting ambitious sales targets.
