What will I be doing?
Your day-to-day role will involve supervising waste deliveries to site & operating mobile plant.
* Responsible for waste delivery vehicles and traffic management within the EfW facility.
* Taking and recording chemical deliveries.
* Operating overhead gantry cranes and other daily tasks as and when required.
* Maintaining efficient working practices and working in accordance with operational procedures.
* Reviewing and updating operational safe working procedures and risk assessments as required.
* Promoting a safety-conscious attitude through safe systems of work and accurate and timely reporting of incidents.
What are the requirements?
* Applicants must ideally be able to demonstrate experience in a relevant industrial environment.
* Candidates will ideally hold an applicable mobile plant qualification.
* Applicants must be able to demonstrate computer literacy and knowledge of basic software packages (Word, Excel, etc.).
* The successful candidate must have a valid driving licence for this role.
