Job Summary
Temporary for 12 months.
This post is based within our Property Management & Investment Service. The role requires providing high standard operational, financial, and service administration to the Property Management and Investment Team, requiring initiative and decision-making to resolve issues that arise.
As part of North Ayrshire Council’s Modern Apprentice Recruitment Process, if you are chosen as a Preferred Candidate following an interview, you must complete a 1-week pre-employment Course with one of our Employability Partners before being issued with a Conditional Offer of Employment. The qualification to be achieved on completion of the Modern Apprenticeship is SCQF5.
Modern Apprenticeship posts are open to all North Ayrshire Residents aged 16-19 years old at commencement of employment.
