This is an exciting time to join the UK’s largest private healthcare telemedicine company based in Hastings, East Sussex, who are expanding their Information Technology team due to organic growth.
Joining a dynamic team focusing on supporting the Software development team in delivering high quality, value driven products to meet the broader programme objectives. Co-ordinating with Programme Manager and Head of Software Development, the Delivery Lead will ensure that technical tasks are well defined, prioritised, and achievable within given timescales. The role will require a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting the delivery of exciting, customer-centric digital experience, whilst also being instrumental in improving and overseeing the Agile process of software delivery. You will also need to have great stakeholder communication and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
1. Demonstrable and thorough experience as a Delivery Lead/ Scrum Master in a software development environment, ideally with experience in reorganizing processes to implement more mature Agile practices. Evidence of technical project management skills.
2. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, with a practical approach to applying them in diverse team structures.
3. Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, or other project management software.
4. Experience working in cross-functional teams with a solid understanding of how development team stakeholders collaborate in an Agile environment.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts between project goals and development constraints.
7. An ability to drive big picture goals and milestones while valuing and maintaining a strong attention to detail.
8. Experience of working with quality management techniques and principles to ensure quality in delivery.
9. Self-motivated individual that possesses excellent time management and organisational skills.
10. Clear sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work.
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence team members and stakeholders across various departments. The ability to manage and motivate a team to meet delivery goals.
