Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing and Social Media Leadership
1. Design and execute tailored marketing strategies for MB Corp’s subsidiaries across real estate, property management, cleaning, and restaurants.
2. Boost brand visibility through targeted social media, SEO, and digital advertising campaigns.
3. Drive audience engagement with impactful messaging, cohesive content creation, and effective scheduling.
4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies, improve ROI, and build stronger customer relationships.
Content Development and Management
1. Lead the creation of impactful content, including blogs, videos, reels, email campaigns, and promotional materials, to showcase each subsidiary’s mission and services.
2. Develop tailored content strategies for each subsidiary, emphasizing key offerings, promotions, events, and customer experiences.
3. Use dynamic posts, stories, and campaigns to highlight services, foster community, and drive engagement across multiple platforms.
4. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels and subsidiaries.
5. Spearhead initiatives to boost brand visibility through sponsorships, partnerships, and community-focused events.
Collaboration
1. Collaborate with leadership and teams across MB Corp to align marketing efforts with operational goals.
2. Identify opportunities for cross-promotion and synergies among subsidiaries.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Skills and Competencies:
1. Expertise in platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with a knack for creating viral short-form video content.
2. Knowledge of web design and development.
3. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other content creation platforms.
4. Strong leadership, organization, and project management skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
1. Reliable transportation to visit various locations and capture content as needed for subsidiaries.
2. A portfolio of your past work showcasing your skills in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation is required.
