The role: We currently have a great new opportunity for Hospital Porter to join our team at our Tees Valley Hospital, based in Middlesbrough. You will join our existing team who is committed to a high standard of work and who can demonstrate excellent organisation and communication skills as well as being highly motivated, flexible and an excellent team-worker. The Hospital Porter will be reporting to the Supplies Managers you will provide a high-quality portering service to all Hospital departments and patient movement services. You will need to demonstrate/ The role will include: Removal of clinical & non-clinical waste Obtaining of supplies and equipment to replenish all departments in the hospital Medical gas replenishment Moving patients around the hospital as directed by the clinical team Receiving and receipting in of all deliveries As the Hospital Porter you will have the opportunity to enjoy working in a close multi-disciplinary team where there is real respect and a drive for high quality, evidence based safe patient care in an innovative modern working environment which will broaden your skills and experience as well as supporting training and development opportunities.
