The position
* Act as the first point of contact
* Administrative handling of the order process for incoming and outgoing goods
* Proactively think along with the customer, ensuring an adequate and customer-oriented handling of complaints and solving any problems as quickly and effectively as possible
* Independently perform various administrative activities
* Check and ensure the follow-up of customs documents, invoices, etc.
* Actively think about improvements in the process and service and implement improvement actions
* Ensure that your customer is and remains satisfied with the service provided
Salary: £26k and weekly pay
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am till 6pm
Requirements
Due to this job being airfreight related, the candidate will need to go through a 5-year reference check and valid DBS.
