HGV 2 Drivers Required Location: Waltham Abbey (EN9) Pay rate: £17.00 per hour PAYE £21.00 per hour Umbrella SHIFT: Monday to Friday Start Time: Early start times Between 03:00 AM and 05:00 AM SECURE ONGOING POSITION Complex Recruitment have an excellent opportunity available for HGV Drivers working for one of our clients, based out of Waltham Abbey, distributing baking ingredients to businesses and bakeries. This opportunity is for HGV C Drivers that are looking for a full-time position, completing deliveries in a timely manner, with professionalism and dedication. Some handballing may be involved Your responsibilities as an HGV 2 Driver: Safely completing runs and deliveries of baking ingredients to companies and bakeries Obliging to UK Road Laws and Regulations as well as Working Time Regulations Make sure the merchandise is accounted for and cross checking stock against manifest Complete daily vehicle checks daily before heading for deliveries Be able to work alone and complete some deliveries that might involve handballing Early Starts with Early finishes About the HGV 2 DRIVER within you: You must hold HGV C Category or above with no more than 6 points Must hold a valid CPC Card and Digi Card Good understanding of English, written and verbal Reliable with a desire to succeed. Flexibility and Adaptability is key Excellent work ethic Must be willing to complete multi drop deliveries and 2 nd runs as well.
