Customer Success Executive Location : Rochdale HQ Salary : £26,000 - £28,000 This role will proactively call customers to maximise the customer experience, providing timely and effective responses to inquiries/issues and develop additional revenue streams. The Customer Success Executive Overview: Providing exceptional customer service Holding regular scheduled calls with our clients to ensure satisfaction levels remain high. Maintaining and developing relationships with current customers whilst seeking new contacts within the organisation. Complete administration tasks, logging all customer contacts on the CRM. Liaising with internal departments to resolve issues and maximise revenue opportunities.
