M&H Carriers are looking to recruit an Operations Administrator to join our team in a well known and successful logistics company based in Inverness.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have great customer service skills, proven experience within an administration role or similar and thrive under pressure.
We at M&H Carriers aim for a team-orientated and friendly environment and strive to bring a sense of pride and ownership in what we do.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
* Answering telephone calls and dealing with customers / other carriers queries.
* Data entry
* Ensuring day to day operations run efficiently as possible.
* The use M&H Carriers database
* Basic admin tasks ie. photocopying scanning etc.
* Some warehouse duties including bay checks and checking freight in.
Knowledge of the parcel/freight industry advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week
Please note that your employment with M&H Carriers is contingent upon the submission of a basic disclaimer (DBS) within the first three weeks of your start date. If you do not currently have a basic disclaimer, you may obtain one for a fee of £25.00. M&H Carriers will refund this £25.00 fee upon the successful completion of your probation period.
Failure to submit the completed disclaimer within the specified timeframe may result in the reconsideration of your employment status with M&H Carriers.
