Job Shop Recruitment has a great opportunity to work for a global client of ours based in Newton Abbot. We are looking for a Commercial & Warranty Administrator to join their already successful team.
You will assist the Commercial & Contracts Manager and Deputy Commercial Manager in all activities as required within the Commercial Department in Newton Abbot and provide administration assistance to our depots in Europe and Tunisia.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to the Commercial Team to ensure all commercial activities are carried out for associated international companies located in Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, France, Portugal, Ireland, and Tunisia.
2. Raise CMC and SMI Contract Invoices on a monthly basis as required.
3. Aid and support depots throughout Europe in providing parts and labour service estimates, obtain purchase orders, and raise invoices.
4. Identify, check and process FOC Invoices for contract parts issued to Service Contracts using Lotus and Syteline systems.
5. Identify, check, raise quotations, and invoice for “chargeable” parts not included within service contracts.
6. Aid the Deputy Manager in producing and sending Contract Price Indexation letters.
7. Aid the Deputy Manager in identifying potential AFA Warranty parts, as well as raising, processing, monitoring, and reporting AFA claims as required.
8. Ensure AFA claim parts are stored, identified and accounted for.
9. Carry out general admin duties, including posting, filing, etc.

Week 1 - Monday - Thursday 7:30 - 16:15, Friday 7:30 - 16:00
Week 2 - Monday - Thursday 7:30 - 16:15
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
