Description
* Sales Ledger - Raising ad-hoc Customer invoices/credit notes.
* Purchase Ledger - processing supplier invoices, payments, and monthly statement reconciliations.
* Bank Reconciliation - Ensure all transactions are processed daily and appropriately reconciled weekly.
* Review and maintain accurate Record Management.
* Prepare accounts to trial balance stage.
* Assist in the preparation of Management Accounts.
* Administration of electronic and manual bank records/mandates as required.
* VAT Return preparation.
* Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
* Credit Card reconciliation and control.
* Inter Company reconciliation and control.
