Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a competent, confident, and enthusiastic band 5 Vocational Rehabilitation Coordinator to join our team. The new role of Vocational Rehabilitation Coordinator is based within The Activity Centre Team, Secure Inpatient Services at Ridgeway, Roseberry Park Hospital in Middlesbrough. The team works with individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities and autism within the context of forensic medium and low inpatient settings. The post holder will support patients alongside the The Activity Centre, Occupational Therapy and Education team within forensic mental health, learning disabilities and autism by developing, monitoring, and delivering vocational rehabilitation to individuals within secure inpatient services. The post holder will be a pivotal link between The Activity Team, The Occupational Therapy Team, including education and the Recovery & Cocreation team to deliver vocational rehabilitation across the wider serviceand community.
