We design and manufacture our own innovative flow and level monitoring systems, backed by robust data services and a dedicated in-house team. Now, we're looking for a Junior Flow Survey Analyst to join us in delivering the insights that keep our clients informed and their networks running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Junior Flow Survey Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data that drives our clients' decisions. Your day-to-day will involve:
1. Analyse incoming flow and level data using an appropriate data platform to derive actionable insights and conclusions.
2. Identify trends and anomalies, at both full fleet and individual site level.
3. Interim reporting to the Client.
4. Internal reporting on fleet health and site visit statistics.
5. Update databases with new installations of monitoring equipment and record follow-up site activity. Ensure records are kept up to date with all site visits and actions taken.
6. Facilitate metadata transfer to an appropriate data platform to ensure the client has access to their flow/level data.
7. Act as a contact point for the client and respond to any queries raised.
8. Act as a contact point for Field Service Technicians with on-site data queries.
What We're Looking For
1. A degree in Environmental Science, Maths or other related field.
2. Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
3. Proficient in Excel and confidence working with data platforms.
4. Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
5. A self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
6. Prior experience in a similar role is a bonus, but full training will be provided.
