Customer Service Advisor
Newark, Full Time, Permanent, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
£25,000- £27,000 per annum
Job Role
Our well-established local company are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to work within their small office team. This is a permanent role, answering telephones, Diary Management, booking appointments and updating CRM systems.
Duties include for the role of Customer Service Advisor:
* Answering incoming calls
* Logging appointments on Diary management system
* Processing orders
* Customer Service
* Dealing with e-mails and managing all general office admin duties
* Processing quotes and adding information to spread sheets.
Requirements of the Customer Service Advisor:
The role requires an experienced Customer Service candidate who is confident in speaking with customers and processing requests. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are required, along with organisation and prioritisation. This is a fast-paced role which can be demanding at times. You will have experience of Microsoft office and CRM systems, be able to think on your feet and deliver outstanding customer service. This role will suit a Customer Service Advisor, Admin Assistant or Office Assistant.
