As a Brand Manager for an established multi-site food manufacturer, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and growing key segments of the Plant Based portfolio, as well as supporting rapid growth in Export and Foodservice channels.
This role offers significant responsibility, autonomy, and opportunities for progression. The group is one of the UK's leading food companies, producing high-quality products across multiple categories for well-known brands and private labels.
This position is suitable for an existing Brand Manager or someone with similar experience in the food sector who is passionate, driven, and eager to succeed. You will have the opportunity to establish your reputation in the branded Plant Based and Free-from space within the wider group.
You will also work closely with teams in Europe, India, and Ireland to maintain brand integrity and support export growth. The role involves chairing and participating in internal meetings, leading customer interactions, and engaging with external stakeholders.
Requirements include two to three years of marketing or brand management experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This is an office-based role three days a week, with two days working from home.
