Role Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Complex Carers to join our team. As a Complex Carer, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex health needs, including those with physical disabilities, chronic illnesses, and other challenging conditions. This role requires a high level of empathy, patience, and professional expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver personalised care and support to clients in their own homes.
* Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and mobility support.
* Implement and follow individualised care plans to meet clients' specific needs.
* Monitor and record clients' health and wellbeing, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
* Provide emotional support and companionship, promoting clients' independence and quality of life.
* Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role, particularly with complex care needs, is highly desirable.
* Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) are preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
* A valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle is advantageous.
* A compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to care.
