Description This temporary clerical position supports the Real Estate department in the successful execution of an Area-wide initiative to assess and validate the Church’s real estate holdings. The role focuses on gathering, organizing, and analysing legal property records, including deeds in multiple languages, and ensuring data accuracy for entry into Church systems. The analyst will collaborate closely with the Office of General Counsel (OGC) and other stakeholders to address discrepancies, resolve title issues, and ensure records are correctly affiliated with the Church. This role is expected to last approximately 9 months. Responsibilities This supporting position includes the evaluation and analysis of real estate properties throughout the Area in multiple languages: Gathers information from legal deeds in local languages for data input Records management Collects, reviews, and analyses physical real property records to copy, scan and electronically provide necessary information Review and analyses information from municipalities, outside entities and other Church Departments to ensure all documents are correct Prepare reports, maps and other related data for presentations by management Organises and manages information from various databases Purges working files to permanent records Tracks status of working projects and updates associated program tracking tools. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in real estate, project or business management, legal, or equivalent in related work experience 1-3 years' experience in real estate, capital needs analysis, business, marketing, or law office Ability to become proficient in unknown tasks and software as needed Ability to work well with others from multiple departments as well as work independently with little supervision Proficiency with databases and Microsoft 365 Strong commitment to the values of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
