Position: Construction Administrator Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 depending on experience Location: Walsall Wood (WS8) Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 (office-based) We're thrilled to announce an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a thriving company within the Construction industry. As a valued member of the administration team, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the businesses administration function. Responsibilities: Responsible for the Customer Care process from start to finish Liaise with site team, customers and clients on a daily basis Load Customer Care work instructions onto portal, keeping system updated through to completion when Contracts Managers send updates Distribute Customer Care tasks to the construction team Order and collate stationary for office and site staff Booking appointments in line with client SLAs Keeping customers and clients updated throughout the process Updating internal systems and databases Supporting 3 Construction Directors with their administration requirements as and when needed Answering office landline and general email queries Reception duties such as meeting visitors at the door, answering the intercom and signing for deliveries as and when needed Required Skills/Experience: Previous experience working in a similar administrative role Background in construction would be preferable Ability to thrive under tight deadlines Strong attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Flexible approach to work Proficient with Microsoft packages If you're ready to take on this exciting opportunity, please reach out with your CV via phone or email.
