What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidates will have;
• Qualifications in Literacy and Numeracy equivalent to GCSE Grade A*-C or equivalent.
• Knowledge or experience of customer services roles or previous office experience.
• Thorough working knowledge of ICT software packages such as Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel spreadsheets.
• Attention to detail, good organisation skills and the ability to form/maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with students.

Further details about the role
As part of this role, you will;
• Carry out administrative duties within Student Services, dealing with student and parent enquiries.
• Make and receive telephone calls. Transferring calls/passing messages onto the appropriate people when necessary.
• Be responsible for updating the Free School Meals list, accurately updating student records. Deal with any requests for information regarding FSM, positively promoting the benefit of registering to eligible families.
• Administrative duties associated with the production of student booklets and online payment system.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new administrative processes, including the use of systems which enhance the application of information technology in the school’s administration work.
