Due to continued success and future business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Group Junior IT Analyst to join our team based at our Group head office in Barlborough, Chesterfield. The Role Are you organised, analytical and have a good attention to detail? Are you passionate about IT and possess excellent customer services skills? If the answer is yes, then look no further, your next career could be with us Joining our fast-paced Business Systems team as our Group IT Analyst, you will work to provide first line contact support for all IT issues raised by end users and provide resolution where possible or escalate the issues if not. You will support the Group IT Management in delivering a robust and fit for purpose IT support service. This role requires you to support our business 1 week in 4 on call. Key duties and requirements You will also be responsible for but not limited to; Ensuring all IT Helpdesk and support issues are dealt with promptly on a priority basis Ensuring that the Helpdesk system is regularly maintained so that users are kept updated on the progress of their issues in line with KPIs/SLAs. Ensuring effective communication with all internal and external customers including making regional office and site visits where required Assisting with administration and support of the ERP system Carrying out Active Directory tasks Setting up new users and install hardware / software where required Assisting with any new office moves requiring IT and Systems support Complying with all relevant Group IT Policies and processes Who are we looking for? The successful Group IT Analyst will convey an aptitude to combine strong organisational and communication skills with a keen desire to work in a quality driven business. As the role involves travel to our regional offices, a full driving licence is required in order to be considered for this role. In order to be considered you will also have the following skills and experience: Good working knowledge of desktop operating systems, especially Windows 10/ 11 Experience of dealing with end users at all levels of a business Experience of troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 issues. Experience of remote access tools such as Remote Desktop Support or Splashtop Experience in providing support to users including knowledge of HelpDesk systems What will you get in return?
