Responsibilities
1. Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently.
2. Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion.
3. Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity.
4. Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers.
5. Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to increase sales opportunities.
Qualifications
1. You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills.
2. Passionate about selling.
3. Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude.
4. Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
5. Excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
Compensation
$100,000+ at plan commission
