Job Description
* Managing a portfolio of audit clients across various industries.
* Ensuring all audits are completed to a high standard and within agreed deadlines.
* Leading and mentoring a team of auditors.
* Providing expert advice to clients on audit and financial matters.
* Working closely with other department managers to improve audit processes.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Contributing to the firm's business development activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Audit Manager' should have:
* A professional qualification in Accounting or Finance, ACA or ACCA.
* Proven experience in managing audits and a team of auditors.
* Excellent understanding of auditing standards and regulations.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
