Our in-house design team is the heartbeat of the business, so this is a really exciting role with truckloads of creative freedom for the right candidate. An absolute creative rocket of a digital designer, ready to take the next step in their career. No two days will be the same in this role, meaning the perfect candidate will have a wide range of skills and design software know-how at their disposal in order to seamlessly work across different tasks, channels, and formats. We require the perfect candidate to be a design perfectionist, with flawless knowledge of design rules teamed with an ability to use the core Creative Cloud applications. Video content is key to this role, and the ideal candidate will be a digital-first designer who sees the world through an animated eye. From editing video content for Tiktok, working on training course videos, all the way through to directing shoots, this role will offer complete creative freedom for the perfect candidate We are looking for someone to take our video and motion assets to the next level.
