Residential Conveyancing Assistant Annual Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Location: Kingston Job Type: Full-time, Immediate Start My client is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal to provide administrative and legal support to our client based in Kingston. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a busy conveyancing department Day-to-day of the role: Assisting with files from instruction to completion, sales, remortgages and other admin duties Managing the onboarding platforms and utilising case management systems, Verifying ID's to effectively onboard clients, obtaining source of funds and wealth information Liaising with conveyancers, clients and estate agents throughout process Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 12 months experience in a support role within a busy conveyancing department. Essential knowledge of sales, purchase, and remortgaging processes. Proficiency in using Case Management Systems. Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel). Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
