Description
The HR manager will be responsible for the following:
Lead and manage the Human Resources team to deliver comprehensive HR service to the organisation.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Manage employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness.
Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.
Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
Implement training and development programmes.
Oversee direct reporting to the Board and budget management.
