Job Description
A C&B Server or Waiter, is responsible for serving food and beverages to guests at venues or catering events. Their duties include greeting guests and taking their orders, bringing them the correct drinks and dishes and refilling their beverages as needed.

Winner of Hotel of the Year, Lough Erne Resort, is a luxurious 5-Star AA and NITB hotel in Enniskillen, the gateway to North West Ireland and we are currently seeing Conference and Banqueting Team Members to join our team
You role will include:
Conference & Banquet Server duties and responsibilities
Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area.
Relay food and beverage orders.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of Health and Safety practices.
Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations.
Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns.
Present in professional appearance and mannerisms.
Prepare coffee breaks, carts, and stations with appropriate food and beverages as stated in Banquet Event Order.
Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
Greet all guests and owners warmly with an appropriate greeting.
Delivering Alcoholic and Non-alcoholic drinks for service to your customers table.
Prepare tables, action stations, buffets, service carts, dessert table/carts and cordial carts.
Remove china, glassware, silverware, etc. from tables at the conclusion of the meal period and deliver to the stewarding area.
Ensure each courses are cleared and tables are properly crumbed.
