Overview
Reporting to the Branch Manager, our 360 Consultants will ensure effective sales strategies are in place and increase the level of new business conversions achieved.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct full and thorough registrations, ensuring all applicants meet the requirements of our clients.
2. Meet and greet candidates/interview candidates.
3. Maintain high levels of branch housekeeping standards, managing internal standards.
4. Ensure that the CRM system is fully updated.
5. Liaise with clients and meet their requirements.
6. Advertise jobs on job boards and social media sites.
7. Adhere to the company compliance policy.
8. Attend/participate in monthly individual review meetings.
9. Initiate sufficient levels of contact with all customers, ensuring strong relationships are built and customer commitment is maintained and developed.
10. Conduct site visits to all new customers prior to supply.
11. Ensure accurate and timely payroll of Flexible Employees.
12. Manage all applicant issues, questions, and concerns in a timely manner, ensuring satisfactory conclusions for all concerned.
13. Ensure competitive and profitable pricing is negotiated in line with company pricing directives.
14. Ensure competitive hourly pay rates considering both internal, customer, and competitor parity.
15. Complete credit checks in line with company policy and issue TOBs to all customers.
16. Generate leads using all available resources.
17. Identify competitor information using all available resources.
18. Identify and manage own portfolio of prospect target accounts.
19. Ensure consistent achievement of agreed monthly targets.
20. Ensure that all required sales materials are sent to prospective customers and meet company standards.
