Rate of pay: Starting from £14.28 an hour; increases to £15.41 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location and skills.
It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), we would still love to hear from you.
Customers are at the heart of everything we do.
It takes a great Shift Leader to support the team and keep operations running smoothly. You’ll oversee the store from the shop floor and strive to improve experiences for customers, colleagues, and communities.
* Work in a fast-paced retail environment with variety.
* Take ownership of running duty shifts, coordinating the team to deliver a clean, well-stocked store.
* Be there for customers, listening and helping them find what they need.
* Improve service by coaching colleagues and providing feedback.
* Support your colleagues in-store and maintain a safe environment.
* Assist managers in improving store performance.
* Lead by example in everything you do.

* Be the go-to person for colleagues in the absence of a manager.
* Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-presented.
