What’s involved?
As a Catering Assistant in HMP site, you will need the ability to work inside a prison kitchen, supporting the kitchen
You will be serving food and beverages to customers, restocking the cafeteria, helping the kitchen with small food preparation tasks.
You will also assist with the health and safety paperwork for the fridges and undertake relevant training.
