We’re looking for a Mid-Weight Project Manager to join our fast-paced New Builds team, where you’ll support the delivery of Shopify Plus replatforming and migration projects for some of the world’s leading eCommerce brands.

About the Role
As a Mid-Weight Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of key Shopify builds, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, development, strategy and QA to drive successful outcomes for our clients.
You’ll report into a Senior Project Manager and work alongside other Project Managers and Solutions Engineers in a supportive, fast-moving team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the delivery of multiple Shopify replatforming projects from discovery through to launch.
* Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate tasks, timelines and deliverables using Agile methodologies.
* Run sprint playbacks, project check-ins, and regular status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Maintain project documentation and manage timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
* Track project progress, proactively flagging risks or blockers and helping identify solutions.
* Work with clients to manage expectations, gather feedback, and maintain high levels of satisfaction throughout.
* Support discovery processes and help shape clear and achievable project scopes.
* Ensure each project aligns with both client objectives and internal delivery standards.
* Support internal project retrospectives and help identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements
* 2–4 years of project management experience, ideally in an agency or eCommerce environment.
* Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, preferably Shopify or similar (Magento, BigCommerce, etc).
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and client-facing demeanour.
* Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing workflows across design, development and QA.
* A methodical, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Wrike, JIRA, Asana, or equivalent).
Desired Skills
* Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) or certified training (e.g., AgilePM, Scrum Master).
* Prior experience delivering Shopify Plus projects.
* Experience working with remote teams across time zones.
* Understanding of development and QA processes, including front-end and back-end workflows.
