My East Yorkshire based client is a long-established and rapidly growing provider of contract cleaning and other facilities services. Their services include the cleaning of Office s, Education/Schools, Transport facilities, Factory/Warehouse/Industrial sites, Cladding and Solar Panel, Independent Living House and Communal sites. Other services include Builders and Sparkle Cleans for Building Sites, Carpets, End Of Lease, Healthcare, One Off Deep Cleaning and Pharmaceutical Cleaning Processes. They operate within the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire region. Having won a number of new contracts I am currently working with them to find individuals to add to and strengthen their experienced management team. They are looking at potentially recruiting a more senior role to work closely with the Operations Director at an Operations Manager type role and industry experienced Area/Contracts Managers. At this stage finding the right people is the key whose experience and ambition match the companys. Therefore, we are not rigidly working to a job spec and they are keeping their search criteria broad at this stage, the individual and what they can bring to the business will have a role tailor-made for them within the business. The following experience and skills are required You must reside within the East Yorkshire or North Lincolnshire areas or close by You must have a stable career with contract cleaning management with an excellent knowledge of the industry Someone who has a "hands-on" attitude and has a balance of personnel management skills and business sense, in order to ensure operational success Pro-active, logical and forward thinking Someone with a strong desire to succeed and promote a high level of customer service Self-motivated Someone with excellent communication skills Flexible on working times Experience of running a team and who manage teams in a supportive manner Hold a valid UK drivers license, satisfactory references and right to work in the UK Salary TBC, pension scheme, 28 days holiday (inc.
