About The Role Are you an experienced recruitment professional, with experience in data led recruitment decisions? Are you passionate about making a difference to local communities? If so this role is right up your street The Role: As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment life-cycle for the organisation. This includes sourcing and placing candidates, building relationships with new and existing stakeholders, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates. You will also play an essential role in supporting our apprentices and guiding them through new opportunities. This is a fixed term role initally for a six month period. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage with high-quality candidates, using various channels such as job boards, social media, and direct outreach. Client Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Identifying their staffing requirements and offer tailored recruitment solutions. Managing the Recruitment Process: Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate search to interview coordination, candidate placement, and onboarding. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all candidates are fully compliant with industry regulations and client requirements, including DBS checks, qualifications, and relevant certifications. The Ideal Candidate: Previous Recruitment Experience: Ideally, you have recruitment experience, particularly within the housing sector (though not essential). Strong Communication Skills: You must be able to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, manage expectations, and provide excellent customer service. Organised and Self-Motivated: You’ll need to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities, so excellent time management and organisational skills are key. Passionate about Housing: A genuine interest in the housing sector and drive our business to support the communities we serve.
