An opportunity has arisen for highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifestyle Practitioners to join our Children and Family Weight Management Team.
The Lifestyle Practitioners will work with individual schools to deliver a Whole School Approach to developing healthy active lifestyles both in summer and term-time programmes of activity.
Candidates must be a car driver and have access to their own vehicle to meet service needs as required.
The Lifestyle Practitioners will work as part of a team, contributing to the provision of high-quality services for children/young people and their families/carers within the Healthy Child Pathway. The Growing Well Growing Healthy (GWGH) team works in partnership with Stockton on Tees Borough Council and other partners, focusing on supporting children, young people, and their families to achieve a healthy weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle in home, school, and leisure environments.
At Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust, we provide outstanding care to both our patients and our staff. We support staff through benefits, health and wellbeing initiatives, and opportunities for personal and professional development.
