About the roleWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract to cover adoption leave. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at building strong relationships with stakeholders, this could be the opportunity for you In this role, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment for all of our corporate divisions such as HR, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Administration. This includes conducting role briefing meetings with managers, creating engaging job advertisements, proactively sourcing candidates, and guiding offer negotiations, all while following our best practice recruitment processes. A key focus of this role will be championing diversity, equity, and inclusion by embedding inclusive hiring practices at every stage of the recruitment process. Collaboration will be vital as you partner closely with HR colleagues to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning and broader business objectives. This role is based in our Tiddington Head Office, just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. You’ll work closely with candidates, hiring managers, and the wider HR team, requiring exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills. Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset will be essential as you juggle multiple priorities, respond to shifting recruitment needs, and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills are equally important for effectively engaging candidates and conveying information clearly. Key skills and experience required: Proven talent acquisition experience of managing end-to-end recruitment processes gained with an in-house Talent Acquisition team an RPO or a recruitment agency. Creative sourcing skills, including the use of tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent pipelines. Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, with a track record of implementing inclusive hiring practices. Desirable: Experience working within or recruiting for a large-scale commercial organisation, ideally in a regulated environment.
