Assistant Store Manager | Australia Fair

We are currently seeking those wanting to further their careers and join us as an Assistant Store Manager at our Australia Fair store. Successful candidates can look forward to a long-term career with opportunities for progression. A minimum of two years in luxury retail/jewellery experience is preferred but not essential.
The Role
The duties you will need to perform are:
* Ensuring sales targets are reached and exceeded.
* Expense Management.
* Recruitment, Training and Development.
* Coaching, capability and performance management.

* Operational excellence.
* Outstanding product knowledge.

* Proven ability to meet and exceed set sales and KPI targets.
* Strong focus on expense management and Profit and Loss deliverables.
* Proven ability to coach and develop teams towards achievement of organisational goals and objectives while maintaining accountability levels through the ability to identify performance enhancement needs.
* Proven experience and ability in presentation and merchandising of stores.
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet required deadlines at all times.
* Well-developed attention to detail and demonstrated ability to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy at all times.
* Regularly seek opportunities to grow personal skillsets and enhance product knowledge.
