This position would be reporting to thei r Manchester office and also meeting customers/clients.
As a Voice Presales Specialist you would be Collaborating with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to drive Voice solutions sales.
Provide technical expertise and support in understanding voice product capabilities.
Align voice solutions with customer needs and demonstrate product benefits.
Assist in the sales process by offering insights and facilitating discussions.
The ideal candidate would have Possess technical expertise on voice solutions, including VoIP, SIP, Unified Communications, Hosted Telephony, and Contact Centre technologies.
Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to highlight the features and advantages of voice solutions to prospective clients.
Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical specifications.
