We are working with a fantastic company based in Stevenage who are looking to recruit for a Procurement Project Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. The role will be based on site for 2 days a week due to the nature of the position.
Typical duties would include:
* Lead projects from inception to completion.
* Create and implement project management standards.
* Oversee sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of goods and services.
* Work effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
* Employ project management software and techniques.
The successful candidate:
* Project Management Qualifications
* Proven experience working in a similar role
* Experience using a variety of project management tools
* Good communication skills, able to work with senior stakeholders within the business.
It would be beneficial but not essential if the successful candidate had a previous background working in Aerospace or Defence.
