Analytics and Data Management Design and implement advanced analytical models to provide accurate short, medium, and long-term forecasts Develop predictive models for key people metrics including employee relations cases, sickness absence, retention, turnover and recruitment Lead the creation of meaningful data dashboards and analytics tools for statutory reporting requirements (GPG, WRES, WDES) Provide real-time analysis to influence operational decision-making with immediate impact on service delivery Challenge existing strategies with evidence-based business intelligence Strategic Leadership and Stakeholder Management Present data-driven insights to Trust Board, Executive Management Board and other committees Collaborate with Finance to produce accurate workforce KPIs and predictive models against financial establishment Work closely with operational leadership to trend and predict changes and provide evidential material to support change initiatives Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations regarding outputs, feasibility and timelines Communicate complex and potentially contentious data trends to diverse audiences using advanced communication techniques ESR and Systems Management Act as the organisation's ESR Lead with responsibility for system integrity and effectiveness Manage the Registration Authority function, including user registration and smartcard provision Implement quality assurance and audit protocols for workforce systems Ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission and Commissioners' requirements Monitor and audit data between system interfaces (e.g., ESR, Selenity) Team Leadership and Development Provide managerial supervision and support to the People Analytics team Foster professional development and continuous improvement within the team Promote learning from experience to realise benefits for the organisation Model behaviours aligned with Trust Values and demonstrate resilience under pressure Maintain high ethical standards when handling confidential information
