Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of Credit Hire and RTA litigation files from pre-litigation through to trial
* Working autonomously to progress cases efficiently and achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
* Providing clear legal guidance to clients, while ensuring all necessary information is obtained
* Preparing legal documentation and representing clients in litigation matters
* Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and ensure best practices are followed
Requirements:
* 2+ years’ experience handling Credit Hire and RTA litigation cases
* Strong attention to detail and excellent case management skills
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and keen to succeed in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team
* Excellent communication and client care skills
