Salary: £80 - £100 per day

Your Role:
* Support children on a 1:1 or small group basis, focusing on their Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
* Provide both academic and emotional support, helping children to achieve their full potential.
* Work closely with the class teacher to ensure that learning strategies are tailored to meet the individual needs of the children.
* Build trusting relationships with students, staff, and parents.
What We're Looking For:
* Caring and Patient: We need someone who is naturally empathetic and has the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
* Experience with Children: Whether it's through previous work, volunteering, or life experience, we want you to have some experience working with children in any capacity.
* Qualifications: A Grade C in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) is essential.
* DBS Check: You must have a Child-Only DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one.
* Transferrable Skills: If you've worked in roles where you've developed skills like communication, teamwork, or problem-solving, these could be a perfect fit for this role.
